The Kevins’s Cycle Winter Wick GP is one of the few non-championship events we organize and it is also one of the few winter off road events in New England! If you are one of the hardy off road enthusiasts that rides year round, you know that some of the best conditions can be found in the winter. Freezing temps, and frozen sand can make for incredible velcro traction but as most of you know, warm temperatures can also mean mud! Winter riding is hit or miss but we think taking that chance is 100% worth it.

The Winter Wick course is primarily pine forest, with a touch of grass track, half of the legendary MX course and the infamous FMF Xtreme section. The sandy base is one of the main reasons why we choose the Winter Wick, not only because it’s fast and fun… but it is also gentle on your spike tires. Keep an eye on our social media accounts the week before the event for live updates and track conditions!

Winter Tire Rules: Standard studded tires / Friction Spikes are allowed. Gold screws are also permitted. No Screws will be allowed from the inside out such as tapcons for safety concerns. J Day Off Road reserves the right to inspect the entrants tires upon request
